The best way to present your tickets for your scheduled viewing is on your mobile. YOUSEUM is a conscious brand who respects the environment and does not recommend printing your ticket for your experience. You’ll be needing your phone for amazing pictures anyway!
First please check your spam folders to see if the tickets arrived there because of your filters. If this does not solve the problem, please contact us on email@example.com and we will help get them to you.
Your tour starts at the time on your ticket. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time, so we will have time to check-you in. We will make sure your waiting time is not wasted. If you arrive too late for your time slot we cannot guarantee to accommodate you but will do our best.
As we are a temporary exhibit we have to deal with the circumstances the building offers us. Unfortunately this means that you might encounter some difficulties during the tour if you are unable to walk stairs (the elevators in our building are out of use). This would mean a slightly different version but equally fun and equally all about YOU.
