What time do I need to arrive for my timed ticket?
Your tour starts at the time on your ticket. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time, so we will have time to check-you in. We will make sure your waiting time is not wasted. If you arrive too late for your time slot we cannot guarantee to accommodate you but will do our best.

What should I bring?
Please bring your ticket, your phone and your curiosity. But remember it’s all about you.

How long does it usually take to go through YOUSEUM?
It varies but we recommend people to spend about an hour and a half to finish the full tour.

Is the exhibit guided?
Some parts of the exhibit are guided.

Is YOUSEUM appropriate for all ages?
We like to believe it is! The exhibition is about YOU, regardless of your age we do believe you will enjoy the visit.

Does YOUSEUM have bathrooms?
Yes we have, during your tour you will be able to use the bathroom at two occasions.

Is YOUSEUM accessible for the disabled?
As we are a temporary exhibit we have to deal with the circumstances the building offers us. Unfortunately this means that you might encounter some difficulties during the tour if you are unable to walk stairs (the elevators in our building are out of use). Please call (+31612241636) or send us an email (hello@youseum.art) and we see what we can do to accommodate your visit. This would mean a slightly different version but equally fun and equally all about YOU.

What if I want to visit with a group larger than 10 people?
If you want to visit us with more than 10 people, please contact us at hello@youseum.art and we are happy to arrange a private time slot for you!

Can I access YOUSEUM with my pet?
We all love pets, especially when it is accommodated by YOU, but unfortunately our exhibit does not facilitate pet visits. Service animals are of course permitted when on a leash.

Can I store my luggage with you?
Yes, it is possible to store luggage in our cloakroom. However we have a maximum capacity and if that is reached, we cannot guarantee availability.

What if I’ve lost something during my visit?
Please hold your belongings close! YOUSEUM is not responsible for lost items. We do have a lost and found that you can contact by sending an email to hello@youseum.art.
